What Type Of Memberships Do You Have?
We have the following:
All in one membership, this includes
- Unlimited Classes
- Unlimited Recovery
- Gym access during opening hours
Recovery Only Membership
- This includes unlimited use of the Ice Bath, Recovery Boots and Sauna during opening hours
General Gym Access
- This includes gym only access. Does not include classes or recovery.
What Do Your Memberships Cost?
Our memberships vary from $20 - $60 a week depending on what membership you choose. More information can be found on our Membership page.
Are You A Class Only Gym?
Nope, we have an open gym membership which gives you open gym access during our open hours.
What Is Included With Gym Access?
You have free use of the gym, similar to a commercial gym during our opening hours.
